ibe789 Terms & Conditions and Agreement

Eligibility and Access to Open an Account

2.1 Age Restriction

Every player using ibe789 must be 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account, make a deposit, or play any games on ibe789. When ibe789 requests proof of age, accounts of players who refuse or provide inaccurate information may be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account on ibe789. Creating duplicate accounts using the same personal details is strictly prohibited. If duplicates are found, both accounts may be suspended and any remaining balance within them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering — including full name, date of birth and contact details — and ibe789 may request verification at any time. Withdrawals from accounts opened with incorrect information may be suspended or blocked.

2.4 Login Security

Every player must keep their account login credentials — including their password — secure and must not share them with any third party or any software. An account must only be used by the account holder themselves; lending, selling or transferring an account is prohibited.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

ibe789 is offering new players a 100% match bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 100,000 Ks. For example — if a player deposits 20,000 Ks, they receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and have a total of 40,000 Ks to play with.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example 1 — On a deposit of 20,000 Ks, the player receives a 20,000 Ks bonus and the wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Example 2 — On a deposit of 220,000 Ks, the player receives a 100,000 Ks bonus and the wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

When verifying whether the wagering requirement has been met, only ibo789's data will be treated as the official record. Calculations made by the player themselves will not be accepted.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• When playing with bonus funds, ibo789 reserves the right to set restrictions by game type.
• If a player declines the bonus after depositing and wishes to withdraw, the outcome will depend on ib789's deposit and withdrawal policy.
• If ibo789 finds that a player has used improper methods or arbitrage betting strategies to claim a bonus without risking a loss, ibo789 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.4 Promotion Changes

ibe789 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion or bonus program, with or without prior notice. Players targeted by a promotion must pass the account verification process set by ibo789.

Prohibited Actions and Account Suspension

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited when using ibe789's services —

• Opening duplicate or multiple accounts using the same personal details

• Using coordinated betting patterns (collusion) to claim ib789 bonuses
• Operating an account using bots or automated betting software
• Meeting wagering requirements through improper hedge betting

6.2 ibo789's Rights

• Temporarily or permanently suspend the player's account
• Freeze or void remaining balances
• Reclaim bonuses and any associated winnings
• Take legal action against conduct directed against ibo789

ib789 exercises these rights to protect its assets and to ensure fair play for all players. ib789's decision will be considered final.
